Poetry

Hello! So last year, for my BFA thesis exhibition, I did a series of "block out poetry" prints (see above). And besides receiving a lot of good attention, they are just really fun to make. Now that I'm no longer a student and find myself with small doses of free time, I've decided to make new poems every week. So therefore, I will post a selection of the best ones I make each week. Let me know what you think!

Craft Room

Here are some sneak peaks into my blossoming craft room. I am slowly unpacking and organizing everything. Jess and I still need a dining room table and a couch for our quaint little apartment. But the cats seem to be settling in just fine (as you can see, Babycat has already claimed my sewing desk as a lounge spot).

But besides the apartment, life is settling into a nice pace for me. I am working at a wonderful little organic grocery store (pictures coming soon!) and I absolutely love it there! And Jess and I are cooking amazing meals every day. I will share some recipes as this blog unfolds. Well I have to get ready for DATE NIGHT! :)

Hello!

I'm back! I am currently in the process of moving into my new apartment. It is my first apartment that I am paying for myself, and the first time being financially independent. It's pretty exciting (and scary)! I have my craft room mostly set up, and I will post pictures soon. That's all for now :)
